Kiss FM presenter Kamene Goro claims you can’t be a Nairobian unless you face cons.

Kamene narrated how she was conned Sh18, 000 while purchasing a play station .

Kamene said she had been searching for a PS for a while and was relieved to get someone who could deliver it to her in an hour.

Being that it was a holiday, the presenter felt the deal was good and that she needed to get over the hustle of getting a play station.

After sealing the deal, Kamene was required to pay a deposit of Sh18, 000, which was half the cost of the gadget.

“Jana tulioshwa a strong 18k. I have never felt like that. I felt like someone kicked me in the stomach,” she said.

“This is a know notion of the true rite of passage one has to pass through to be called a true Nairobian.”

Kenyans open up

This comes just few days after comedian Njungush was robbed along University Road in Nairobi .

Njugush allegedly driving home at night when he spotted a frail female begger along the road.

His generousity cost him as knife-wielding gang which was with the woman pounced on him, robbing him of his phone, and money.

Numerous Kenyans also shared their untold encounters with such robberies as it is something that a majority leave to tell the tale.

“I tend to believe they are the same people who conned me, but mine was a cloth line but the story for let me go to the shop, the deliveries will be made soon are the same,” Gloria Kemboi.
