A voter in Kakamega has moved to court seeking to bar the clearance of Kakamega gubernatorial aspirant Cleophas Malala.
Fred Muka now claims that Malala does not have a degree certificate.
According to Muka, Malala’s USIU degree is not genuine.
According to the law gubernatorial candidates must be holders of a degree from a recognized University
He further argued that the Senator’s KCSE certificate from Kamusinga High School is also not authentic.
Through his lawyer, Dancun Okatch, Muka now says Malala does not qualify to vie for the county’s top position.

Malala who is vying on a ANC party ticket has been on the trend over allegations of forging his academic certificates.
