Kanduyi Member of Parliament Wafula Wamunyinyi has challenged students of St Teresa’s Sio High School to double their efforts ahead of the 2021 national examinations.

Wamunyinyi who delivered a Sh7 million bus to the school acquired through the area National Government Constituency Development Fund (NG-CDF) said it was only through improved performance that the school can account for the support it has been getting from stakeholders.

“Kanduyi NG-CDF office has spent more than Sh7 million to deliver this bus to you. The only way you can repay us as an office and as a constituency is to ensure beginning this year’s national examination, you register a positive change,” he urged.

There was jubilation from parents, teachers and parents as the 37-seater bus zoomed into the school compound in a fulfillment of the MP’s promise.

“Many of your parents will tell you we didn’t enjoy the facilities at your disposal today. Don’t let us down,” he continued.
