Don’t take relationships personal, Akothee says as she announces breakup with her lover

Musician Ester Akoth popularly known as Akothee is single again.

The mother of five took to her Instagram page to announce her break up with her lover Nelly Oaks.

“Do you remember when I told you I am taken!Well tell death do us part just parked and left!I am single again guys.The road to relationship is always under construction,” read the post.

The relationship which was made official last year has always been on the limelight with two occasionally posting and showering each other with praise.

The ‘Give it to me’ hit maker further urged people not to take relationships seriously after revealing that his boyfriend left him.

“Nimeachwa imagine.I am single again.Hii relationship usichukulie personal,” said Akothee.

Nelly Oaks has since not responded to the issue.
