His post was a continued attack on the personality of Former President Uhuru Kenyatta, and former Prime Minister Raila Odinga whom he accused of conspiring to force him into exile.
“1687 days after despot Uhuru Kenyatta, conman Raila Odinga, Fred Matiang’i, Karanja Kibicho and Gordon Kihalangwa CONSPIRED to illegally SEIZE and DESTROYED my Kenyan Passport, President William Samoei Ruto has had a new one DELIVERED to me,” he wrote in his Facebook post.
He added: “I didn’t have to sign the silly forms they were speaking about.”
Red Alert
According to Miguna Miguna, he now has one huddle before he can return to Kenya.
For him to return to his motherland, the Kenyan government will have to lift the red alerts issued to airlines and countries against Miguna.
“I’m waiting for the LIFTING of RED ALERTS,” he wrote, sharing a photo of the new passport.
Kenyans thronged the comment section of his post, breathing a sigh of relief that the drama on Miguna’s controversial and unceremonial ouster from his motherland was coming to an end.

Miguna was forced out of the country four years ago after President Uhuru Kenyatta’s government claimed that he was not a Kenyan.
The government accused Miguna of revoking his Kenyan citizenship when he went into exile in Canada.
This follows his participation in swearing in of Raila after the disputed 2017 presidential election.
During his presidential campaigns, Ruto had indicated that he would facilitate Miguna’s return to Kenya.
Miguna who broke ranks with Raila after his deportation vigorously agitated for the fall of Raila ahead of 2022 presidential election, and has been supporting Ruto presidency.
It is not clear if Miguna will proceed with the suits he filed against the government in relations to the deportation, illegal detention, sedation, and damage of his property.
