Gordon Ogada, the SportPesa Mega Jackpot winner recently unveiled a multi-million mansion villa at his Wath Ong’er village in Nyatike, Migori County.

This will be his second home after he bought another home in Kitengela, Kajiado County immediately after he won the jackpot four years ago.

Ogada pocketed a whopping Sh230, 742, 881 SportPesa jackpot back in February 2018, the biggest win in gambling history in the country.

This house has the same luxury like the one in Kitengela. I just want my family to be as comfortable no matter which house they are in

However, his taste for other projects will not keep him from venturing, although he wished his rural home was his last.

He said his next project, coming up in the next six months will be building apartments in Ngong’ to generate income.

“This was to be my latest project, and I thought I was to complete it in December last year, but it took some time,” Ogada said.

The father of three admitted that his biggest drive in building mansions is his desire to keep his family comfortable.

“This house has the same luxury as the one in Kitengela. I just want my family to be as comfortable no matter which house they are in,” he said.

Love for village

Ogada also said building his rural home was due to his attachment to rural life.

“I am still the village boy, my roots in Nyatike are strong,” he said.

Apart from living luxurious life, Ogada said he has given a helping hand to those who needed his help as well.

“I have helped 56 needy students through high school and college with bursaries,” he said.

In addition, he has been issuing solar lumps, household items and even building houses to needy neighbours.

“These are things I only used to dream about but now through Sportpesa, I can welcome my friends to celebrate this achievement,” he said.

Ogada recently invited several guests during the unveiling of the mansion villa in a ceremony.

Among them was SportPesa’s second-highest jackpot winner Samuel Abisai who won Sh221 million
