Supreme Court to deliver presidential petition judgement at 12pm

The Supreme Court judgment of the presidential petition will be delivered on Monday, September 5, at noon. 

The seven-judge bench led by Chief Justice Martha Koome, Deputy Chief Justice Philomena Mwilu, Isaac Lenaola, Smokin Wanjala, Ibrahim Mohammed, Njoki Ndungu and William Ouko will be expected to deliver the judgment at Milimani Law courts.
