Murang’a Woman Representative says she is best placed to be Azimio Presidential candidate Raila Odinga’s running mate.
Sabina said her candidature brings with it a huge boost to Raila.
According to Sabina, her rich experience in politics is key in her candidature.
This, she said is boosted by her being young, and a woman.

With the Mount Kenya votes at stake, Sabina said she is best placed to deliver the votes.
“In Mount Kenya, we have a very huge vote basket, which I am bringing on the table. I also have an advantage of being a young person,” she said.
Sabina on Monday faced the seven-member panel tasked with searching for Raila’s running mate, where she said she had a higher chance of clinching the position.
“With the women constituents, I also appeal across the nation, and not just my region,” she added.
Parliamentary experience
Sabina said being in Parliament for the last ten years has enabled her to build a strong bond with leaders from various parts of the country.
This, she noted, will help with creating a network which would provide the necessary backing for Raila Presidency.

Sabina whose candidature was proposed by Jubilee Party says she will however said she will embrace any decision made by the committee.
Others eying the running mate position include; Stephen Kalonzo Musyoka (Wiper Party), Martha Karua (NARC Kenya), Charity Ngilu (NARC), Peter Kenneth (Jubilee Party) Gideon Moi (KANU) Ali Hassan Joho (ODM) and Stephen Kipkiyeny Torus (National Liberal Party).
