Business spaces up for grabs ahead of Africities summit

Kisumu County Government has set up exhibition spaces at the venue of the forthcoming Africities summit.

Through a statement on social media, the county stated that it has commenced businesses from across the country that would wish to showcase and sell their services during the summit.

Africities Secretariat Coordinator, Aloice Ager noted that this will give the business owners a chance to interact with investors and global market.

Ager also cited that the registration is open to all types of businesses.

Business boost

Ager further indicated that the 9th edition of the Africities Summit will be a boost in the business sector not only for Kisumu but Kenya as a country.

Business owners are encouraged to take up this opportunity in order to participate in the summit that will run from 17th to 21st May.

“The spaces have different rates depending on the size and type one is booking, starting from Sh10,000,” explained Ager.

The spaces registered for will be confirmed upon full payment of the participation fee.

The registration will be done online through a link provided in the county government official websites.

Some of the spaces available for registration include ASK Show Grounds, within the vicinity of the convention center and Jaramogi Oginga Odinga Sports Ground within the CBD.
