The National Assembly now has the go ahead to continue with the vetting of the 51 nominees who had been nominated by President William Ruto.
The vetting of Principle secretaries had stopped after the court issued a gag order over a case that was pending before it.
National Assembly Moses Wetangula has said the exercise will continue with immediate effect.

This is after Justice Mathews Nderi threw away three petitions seeking to quash the nominations made by Ruto.
“This court will only be called upon the conclusion of the vetting process by the National Assembly,” ruled Justice Nzoki.
Two weeks ago, Justice Nzioki Wa Makau issued a conservatory order stopping the vetting that was already underway in Parliament.
The National Assembly had argued that, according to the law, if the 51 nominees are not vetted within 28 days then they will automatically be sworn into office.
The MPs will now continue with the process as the PSs are likely to be sworn in on December 2nd.
