Chief Cabinet nominee Musalia Mudavadi has denied grabbing land at Nairobi’s Woodley Estate.
The former Local Government Minister was put to task to explain how he acquired a plot said to be belonging to Nairobi County Government.
He clarified that the property still belongs to the county government, and he is just a tenant.

He accused the anti-corruption agency of having unverified facts about the ownership of the property.

The National Assembly Majority leader Opiyo Wandanyi had raised concerns on how Mudavadi would protect public property with the Woodley property baggage.
