Roots Party presidential candidate George Wajackoya has refuted state sponsoring project claims from his opponents.
Speaking during at rally in Murang’a, Wajackoya said he is funding his own campaigns and the government is not supporting him.
“I am neither a government project nor anyone’s project, I am my own man,” he said.
Wajackoya is still popular because he is a government project and has gained Kenyans attention for his manifesto of LEGALIZING Marijuana
Nominated Senator Isaac Mwaura
This comes after nominated Senator Isaac Mwaura claimed that he knew who was behind Wajackoya’s campaigns.
Mwaura who is an ally of the Kenya Kwanza Alliance said the root’s party candidate is a joker and his manifesto should not be taken seriously.
“Wajackoya is still popular because he is a government project and has gained Kenyans attention for his manifesto of legalizing Marijuana,” Mwaura stated.

The root’s party candidate has gained popularity over the past few months for his manifesto which outlines snake rearing and legalizing Marijuana to reduce the country’s debts.

Wajackoya said he is running his own race and if he was a state project he would be flying with choppers while campaigning.
He further said the opponents are threatened by his popularity and they have sensed defeat.
“I think they are beginning to feel my impact in the race and they are sensing defeat,” he said.
