Kenyans never cease on amaze, especially when it comes to expressing their feelings on social media.
And this time round, their victim is Mathews Nyamlori, a graduate who has been trending for claiming that he is jobless despite spending 23 years in primary school.
The story of Nyamlori was captured by Nation Media, in which the 39 years old narrated how he has been unable to secure a job after graduation.
In July last year, he graduated from Kenyatta University with a degree in public policy and administration.

But as some people sympathized with his situation, netizens viewed this story differently.
Some believe that Nyamlori may have been a victim of exaggerated motivational speakers who may have foretold him light with a degree certificate.
And they are advising Nyamlori to sue the motivational speakers.
“Some motivational speakers should be arrested… Why don’t they say they want money to fuel their cars instead of causing such a damage to an innocent soul ..9 angowa ???” wrote Steve Otieno.
“This is the gross effect of a serious motivational speaker on this man’s life. So the man literally sat for KCPE with a kid who was in PP1 when he was in class 8? Where do our people get such an energy?” wrote Jagoro Likwenyu.
Another one, Wayinke wrote: “Motivational speakers who preach of this level of patience should be sued… Sometimes failure indicates you’re on the wrong path and if you curve out a different path success may locate you. Ati 9times? Kcpe? Are you trying to argue with God?!? Anzisha biashara nanii.”

Some Kenyans feel Nyamlori could have reached out to other degree holders to consult them if it was true that a degree certificate is a guarantee for job placement.
“He could have asked us first. He is nothing but a poor victim of the phrase ‘education is key to success’. My friend the padlock was changed kitaambo,” wrote Danson M.
Moses Mithika wrote: “To much energy wasted in the name of going to school to be employed later in life. I wish I could meet him after he did it the first time. The sad reality, after school out and hustle.”
