Presidential aspirant in the August 9, general election Reuben Kigame has come out to claim his space in the race.

Kagame said Kenyans must embrace for a grueling battle, far from the two-horse race perception which is being peddled by politicians.

“If they thought this is a two-horse race then they don’t know how to count,” said Kigame.

Mr Kagame on Tuesday toured Kisumu to drum up support for his candidature, saying he was a force to reckon in the race.

He toured Kibos School For The Blind where he gave out donations.

The gospel artist further said he is in negotiations to make coalitions with various aspirants and their alliance, The Eagle National Alliance will be launched in a few weeks.

“I am not a lone ranger. You can be sure that I will not be an independent candidate,” he said.

Kigame called out on his opponents saying that they have failed to redeem the nation for several years and they are unfit to continue leading Kenyans.

He assured that he is the best option, asking Kenyans to look away from the usual faces in the country’s past elections.

The gospel musician is making his debut in politics seeking to lure his fans not only to love his music but also to vote for him as he hopes to bring radical changes in the country’s governance based on values.
