Jubilee Party headquarters is up for auction.
Garam Investments Auctioneers has ordered the party to vacate, in an advert in the dailies.
The building which stands along Thika road on the Emani Business Center has been the office of the Jubilee Party since it won the general elections in 2013.
The interested parties have been asked to place a bid of Sh5 million.
President Uhuru Kenyatta and his deputy William Ruto had in pomp and colour launched the building ahead of the 2013 general election.
But the building lost its glory after the 2017 general election when President Kenyatta and Ruto broke ranks.
The party reportedly challenges over rent arrears, and failure to register the property with the Ministry or Lands .
